We are a limited company that is independently owned. We do not worry about our share price, we do not put new business ahead of existing work and we do not answer to head office. We like to think this keeps us focused on the important things, like our clients.
Diverse
At Morhamburn we really are a diverse lot; it’s one of our greatest strengths. We believe that our different outlooks and backgrounds help to make our ideas that little bit different – and maybe a little bit better. Morhamburn is an ideas place where real value is placed on innovation and different insights. Despite our diversity, we do have a tendency towards political anorak-ism and share an unhealthy addiction to news feeds.
Dynamic
We are certainly growing. In four years we have grown from one person to five; and yet we only recruit team members who can bring their talents to working directly with our clients, so you can be sure that you are not being charged to provide us with a tea-slave (no matter how much we would like one). So each time we have expanded, it has been to increase our capacity to serve our clients and to make sure we keep up with their expanding horizons.

Sometimes it is about explaining why something shouldn’t be done because we have an insight into how the long game has to be played. It also means we know how to help when things aren’t too good.
