Provided a mediation workshop for two leading players in a national multi billion pound industry for Scotland to reach a consensus situation on future joint working.

Our Approach

Supported both sides to develop their policies and decide their joint-working direction through a series of issue specific sessions involving key stakeholders from both groups.

Outcome

The mediation workshop forged a consensus situation where both groups recognised respective activities and roles and also the benefits of partnership working. Key messages were developed and the ground laid for future cooperation and the next steps to improving and enhancing partnership working in the industry.
